Safeguard Industries opened a second office in Scottsdale, AZ to better service our United States clientele. Here you will find our sales and estimating staff.
Safeguard Industries dedication to growth has lead us to open an Engineering office in southwest Calgary. This office houses our engineering team of designers, draftpersons and engineers.
Safeguard Industries now has a United States corporate office in Las Vegas, NV for warehousing and distribution. Our office is located in the Speedway area of Las Vegas famous for its racing heritage. One of our closest neighbors is Richard Petty Racing.
Safeguard moved into this facility in August 2011. This facility allowed Safeguard to expand its fabrication capacities for conventional building steel, as well as fabrication of small structural steel skids for the Oil & Gas sector. We also manufactured our permanent fall arrest systems including tie-back anchors, davit bases, davit arms and our GO-BOX portable fall arrest system.
Safeguard purchased bare land in the very desired East Lake subdivision located in SE Calgary in late 2011. Construction of our current facility began in August 2012. On June 1, 2013 Safeguard moved its complete operations into this brand new company-owned state of the art 26,000ft² steel fabrication facility. This new facility rests on a fully paved 2.5 acre yard. Safeguard eventually re-branded to create new revenue streams by creating several new business units, including structural steel fabrication of large skid & pipe mod projects, convention structural building steel fabrication and maintaining our in-house manufacturing capacities of safety equipment. Today we operate as Safeguard Industries. Under our new brand name we continue to improve our legacy products and further expand our services.
Safeguard once again increased its product line in March 2009. Production in this facility included new in-house proprietary roof anchor lines and custom suspended platforms. Safeguard became an authorized installation firm on several fall protection manufactured products during this time.
Safeguard Safety expanded its operations into a SE Calgary industrial condo bay in May 2004. This facility allowed for small fabrication of passive safety equipment including handrail, ladders, platforms etc. Safeguard became a CWB W47.1 div II certified steel fabrication shop in Feb 2007.
Safeguard Safety expanded into this 300ft² office in May 2001. This facility included a very small storage area for tools & equipment. Safeguard had two employees at this time.
Safeguard Safety Inc. started doing business in a residential community in SE Calgary in September 2000.
