On a sprawling industrial rooftop, the line between a safe work zone and a lethal edge can blur. When technicians are focused on complex HVAC repairs or electrical tasks, a momentary distraction is all it takes to drift into a danger zone. Safeguard Industries warning line systems provide an immediate, high-visibility solution. By creating a physical and visual perimeter, these systems ensure that personnel remain within authorized areas, keeping them a safe distance from unprotected edges.

Compliant

Our systems are engineered to meet the strict requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502(f) for warning lines and 1910.29(d) for designated areas. Every stanchion is built to resist a minimum 16-pound tipping force, and our lines stay at the mandated 34 to 39-inch height. With high-visibility flags spaced every 6 feet, your boundary remains obvious even in low-light or winter conditions.

Non-Penetrating

Preserve your roof warranty and eliminate leak risks. Our system uses heavy-duty, 55-pound recycled PVC bases that grip the roof surface without fasteners or adhesives. This freestanding approach allows you to secure your perimeter without ever breaching the waterproof membrane.

Durability

Rooftops are harsh environments. We use corrosion-resistant galvanized steel uprights and UV-rated nylon mesh flags to ensure your warning system stands up to high winds and intense sun exposure. This is a “set it and forget it” solution that requires virtually zero maintenance.

Easy Assembly

Whether you need a permanent pathway or a temporary barrier for a week-long project, these modular components adapt to your needs. The stanchions and vinyl-coated stainless steel cables assemble quickly with basic tools, allowing for rapid reconfiguration as your job site evolves.
